Acrylic Hexagon Monogram Bag Tag

This listing will consist of an acrylic hexagon tag, 3 wood beads, & a basic bow OR a Poofed Bow for +$2
In the notes section at checkout please include:
1- Specify your monogram (FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE) or Name you would like inside the hexagon frame.
2- Choose your acrylic tag color - White, Black, Grey, Pink, Blue, Yellow, Red - *White is the default if no color choice is specified*
3- Choose Your ribbon color preference - **Cheetah print will be the default if no ribbon color is specified** I do my best to keep a lot of different ribbon options in stock, but options may vary but I will do my best to have what you need!

4- Choose your wood bead style - Hexagon or Round Beads - *Hexagon Beads are the default used if no bead choice is specified*
